The Space

Our newly renovated House is in the Lake Balboa area of the San Fernando Valley. We have a very open floor plan, an updated kitchen and a huge zen backyard with covered outdoor dining area, hot tub and hammock. Additionally we have a very large master bedroom and attached 2 car garage with home gym setup. We are a very short drive from gorgeous Lake Balboa Park and close to both the 405 & 101 freeways. Our home is great for filming, meetings and other events. Our house has a Nest with central air/heat. We can accommodate film crews of around 30 people comfortably when taking into account the garage, driveway and backyard area.
