Beautiful Lake Front View Outdoor Space On Large 3 Acre Site. Grassy Areas, Concrete Patio Areas, and Rural Areas. Great for weddings, Birthdays, Celebrations, Team Building , Filming and Photography. A 2 Bedroom 2 Bath guest house is also on site and available for rental including a full kitchen. This site is large enough to also bring in several food trucks to cater any event.

Event Manager - Additional Charge. Full Access & Use Of The Guest House - Add'l Charge. Including Bathrooms . Bedrooms/Dressing Rooms. Kitchen & Lounge Area. - $400 Use Fee Guest can bring in their own portable event toilets if the #of people exceeds the bathroom capacity in the guest house . Also guest can bring in a food truck(s) to feed guests for no additional facility charge. Trash Disposal & Clean Fee = $200 Overnight stay in the guest house is available for $395/night.
