We have 3 beautiful, fully furnished office spaces available right in the heart of DUMBO Brooklyn. Our staff works remotely now, but our 3 separate office spaces contain 17 already-isolated suites, perfect for keeping your team in the same place, but socially distant.

The Space

Choose from one of our three offices, all equipped with already-isolated suites so your team can get back to working together safely. Perfect for small-to-medium sized groups, our offices are a mix of modern progress and old school Brooklyn charm. Our pre-isolated suites come equipped with iMacs and range in size from 35 sqft to 160 sqft. Our larger suites contain 55' televisions and spacious leather couches. Each room has individual shades that can be drawn for maximum privacy, and features soundproofing panels. Two of the three spaces have open areas large enough to host a socially distanced meeting, and the individual offices keep your team separate, but safely together. Additionally, our spaces boast kitchenettes, so you never have to go far to wash your hands or make a quick cup of coffee. The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC), as well as the NYC Guidelines for reopening, to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We are providing hand sanitizer, extra masks, and anti-bacterial cleaners to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, etc. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used We are disinfecting our space using the following disinfectant certified service: Greenhouse EcoCleaning Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing While our already-isolated suites allow for low-contact coworking, we realize sometimes your team might have to congregate. We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants.
