The Studio: Downstairs we have a gorgeous bright studio great space for your next creative project, photoshoots, video shoots, business meeting, presentation, workshop, or off-site think session. We offer folding tables and chairs, a pocket projector, lounge furniture and an ADA restroom located on the downstairs studio level. Loading and unloading for our space is easy as we offer two parking spaces directly in front of the space. Parking for your guests: The property offers various Visitor marked spaces. The ground floor has about 900 square feet of work area with clean white walls, 12 foot high ceilings glass paneled roll-up door and rear glass doors leading to a landscaped small private patio area. From rolling door to back windows the depth is 43 feet long and from left to right distance the width is 19.5 feet. There are plenty of electrical outlets in the entire space. Photography studio gear provided: Stands, reflectors, clamps, C-stands and rolling stands. Tethering cart with screen. We have some lighting gear for rental if needed. The Loft: From the ground floor is an interior stairway leading to a 1050 s.f. one bedroom one bath loft that serve as a food studio/office space equipped with waiting area, kitchen, bath/shower. HVAC, double pane large bright windows with additional skylights and high ceilings. Wireless internet is provided throughout the studio. We have strict rules about respecting the space. Absolutely no smoking within our community, everything in the space should be treated with respect, all trash removed after each event, do not touch anything labeled private and always check in with studio manager when you need something. As a bonus we offer in-house catering and your food will be waiting there for your next event.
