The Space

Our spacious loft is 2450 SF, you are able to use the whole space. Corner Studio West Facing. Incredible, spacious and just listed! The space has been designed with tasteful iconic mid-century furniture. PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ ALL OUR RULES BEFORE BOOKING. Our furniture is extremely costly so please be cautious and take care of it. You may not stand on the furniture since it cannot be cleaned if it gets dirty/ damaged. The building has 1 passenger elevator and 1 freight elevator. The freight elevator schedule is MONDAY- FRIDAY (7:30 AM-7:00 PM), the passenger elevator works 24/7. Building working hours 24/7 The building is located near many parking lots and the prices are ~$10 per day. You can also use the street meters but be careful with the time to not receive any tickets. REMINDER: Your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after your booking. Please be considerate and leave on time. Before you leave it is your responsibility to make sure that all FURNITURE is placed in its original location. If you move the furniture and don't leave it in the way we left it for you, we will charge you 120$ now that the studio has to be in perfect condition like the way we are giving it to you. AMENITIES: - Wifi - 2 Makeup stations - A Lot of Natural light - Multiple Mirrors - Clothing Rack - Pop Up Dressing Tent - Steamer - Folding Table and Chairs - Pictured Furniture (3 Couches, Chairs, Decor, Mirrors, Directors chairs, Wall Art etc..) - 6 Feet Wooden Ladder - White Walls & Concrete Floor STANDARD OVERTIME RATE IS X1.5 If you do not notify the host 30 minutes prior to the end of your booking overtime is subject to x2 times the hourly rate extra charge. We enforce overtime strictly and overtime starts the minute your time is up and is charged by 30 min intervals. SECURITY CAMERAS: *We do have cameras in the space to monitor: safety, arrival and departure times, overtime, extra charges and damages. We do not keep any footage unless Peerspace asks for proof of the above. Please note YOUR GUESTS COUNT when you book and book accordingly per tier, if your guest count goes beyond the tier amount, you will incur upper-tier pricing
