The Space

Located in Richardson, TX just 5 minutes from North Central Expressway, with easy access to all major highways, airports, and several Dart Rail locations, making this location the perfect meet up for all guests in surrounding areas. Our Emerald Hall offers spacious seating for 150-200, along with an array of amenities already included! We offer versatile set-ups for all event types as well as convenient add-ons and packages. We are your one stop shop for an easy and memorable event.

Our Emerald Hall offers the following Days/Rates... Emerald Hall- **8 hour minimum booking with last hour dedicated to wrap up and exit. Friday- $350/hr Set Up time free! Event Time: 6pm- 1am Host/Vendor pack up: 1am-2am Saturday- $375/hr Set Up time free! Event Time: 6pm- 1am Host/Vendor pack up: 1am-2am Sunday- $325/hr Set Up time free! Event Time: 5pm- 12am Host/Vendor pack up: 12am-1am All pricing includes tables, chairs, buffet tables, cake table, black or white table linens, raised stage, multicolor LED uplighting, onsite security, and post event clean-up.
