The Space
About the North Stage The North Stage is 3,000 sq. ft. of creative warehouse space consisting of vintage white brick, concrete floors, and full-length industrial windows. The North Stage has a light, airy feel perfect for photo shoots, music videos, and special events. The windows provide indirect light throughout the day while a 13' grid provides additional lighting positions. In addition to the brick walls and windows, there is a smooth white wall with a seamless corner perfect for photo shoots. For load-in, the stage has a loading dock with a roll-up door. Like all our spaces, North Stage has a dedicated kitchenette, restrooms, and makeup room. The large makeup room also has a lounge area, private restroom, and doors with privacy screens. One of our private green rooms is also adjacent to this space. The space has a dedicated entrance at 60th Street and Avalon Blvd. and a set of double doors opening directly into Grand Stage providing a simple route for arrivals and departures. Parking is located directly outside the stage. Dear Clients, As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have an increased impact on our communities, we feel it is important to connect directly with you to share more about the steps we are taking to help keep you, our employees, and our communities safe and healthy as we re-open our business to host your next production. Our studios are cleaned and sanitized daily as part of our normal course of business. However, we’ve increased the frequency and extent of those cleanings, paying close attention to high touch areas, in addition to adding resources like hand sanitizer throughout the facilities for both our clients and employees. Prevention hygiene, such as frequently washing your hands and wearing face coverings will be a mandatory practice when hosting your production with us. Social distancing of at least 6 feet between one another will also be required. We’re also ensuring our employees have the information they need to stay healthy or stay home if they aren’t feeling well. All of these practices and our business decisions are informed by guidance from the CDC, PHAC, and WHO, along with guidance from local and U.S government and public health agencies. Based on the guidance we’ve received from various health agencies, our own preparedness and the current state of our operations, we are confident our studio facilities continue to be safe, as we re-open for business. We are available to take booking requests and we look forward to working with you in the near future.
