Seated capacity is about 75-100, standing is 200-300 Space is perfect for concerts, movies, art shows, parties of all types, from corporate to intimate birthdays. We’ve also hosted 3 weddings. Very versatile space for any number of events. Including ones in need of amplified sound on private property. The space is a long, 25’ x 225’ venue. Lush, urban oasis, that coincides with whatever the current season is. Mostly outdoors with enclosed greenhouse and 30' x 30' covered patio. Outside food & beverage is permitted with the venue's permission.
