Large Open Flexible Studio & Event Space

Our space is dedicated to creative process for performing artists and people who enjoy hanging out in a creative environment. It is a large very flexible open studio space with sprung dance floor, high ceiling, open white walls for projection, a great sound system and a concert grand piano. Loud music is NOT a problem. We now have a full professional 48 channel theater lighting system with a mix of regular and LED moving lights. It is a great place for a party, dance party, private performance, film/video/photo shoot or reception. Located in light industrial warehouse where people do creative work, with secure parking lot and ADA accessible. We have large quantities of chairs, tables and a small kitchen area. We are located on the 2nd floor adjacent to a full 2nd floor interior and secure truck loading dock, so it's very easy to bring in all your materials: food, party decorations, film/video and lighting gear, DJ gear, artwork etc. and you don't have to worry about the weather when unloading or packing up. ADA bathrooms and ADA accessible.
