Hey, I am an actor by trade but also work behind the scenes as a director, producer, DP, Camera Operator, Grip/Gaffer and Photographer. This farm has been in my family for generations. Recently I was one of the producers of Ghost Team a comedy feature starring Jon Heder, Justin Long and Amy Sedaris that shot out here. It is hard to actually describe this place... it is very unique. The Space

This is a large farm, that is over 100 years old and has been in my family for generations. It features a large Barn, a main house, a woodworking shop, a pond, a community organic garden and some small bungalows, it is right on Bellport bay and borders a marsh. It is a super unique space, that can be made to look as though it is completely remote. The film Ghost Team; starring Jon Header and Justin Long was nearly entirely shot here, and the the barn was made to be entirely derelict, we also have many buildings FULL of cool props and set dressing, so everything used was pulled from the property. I have been working in the business for years as an actor, producer, director and a director of photography, so feel free to hit me with any production related questions you might have!
