Large Studio with Prelit Cyc

We want to create a clean and safe working environment for everyone! No pyrotechnics, explosives, open flames, firearms Smoke machines must have prior consent of Studio No adult films allowed Anyone under 17 years old and Pets allowed with prior consent Parking any type of large vehicle is allowed with prior consent and arrangement by manager. No liquids on Cyc- it is built on wood. If you need to have open liquids for the shoot please discuss it with us. No acrylic or oil paints in studio (only water based). Please inform us of any painting on premises. No painting, drilling, hanging on grey concrete wall at any times MUST HAVE INSURANCE OR REFUNDED SECURITY DEPOSIT (deposit only allowed for smaller shoots under 6 people) Cameras in parking lot are always on and recording. There are little blink security cameras in main studio. Studio owner is only one with access but they are not monitored regularly and do not record. Videos will never be shared to Production insurance is required Insurance (or security deposit for under 6 people only) must be given to open doors of studio. Production insurance always required. Must have certification with our LLC address and name to open studio doors. Manager will provide LLC information ahead of time. Please give an email to send all forms. Studio is cleaned via a cleaning crew company and cyclorama floor is painted in between shoots. Cleanings can also be arranged at the end of each day for multiple day bookings. Paint can be provided for touch ups of cyclorama by renter or manager for fee. We request that all trash be placed in cans in studio or dumpsters outside. You will be charged extra for leaving excessive trash on floor and counters in studio or in parking lot. Renters not required to take out trash. If you have boxes please brake them down.
