Being a ground floor house with a street-level front door entry and back doors leading to on-site private parking, makes loading and unloading equipment and crew exceptionally easy. Lalita consists of 3 bedrooms; each entirely different with their own individual style/color scheme, 1 movie room/den, 2 full bathrooms, a full chef's kitchen with a 6-16 person dining table and an extremely spacious living room with a wide, round and colorful 'conversation couch'. Lalita Loft features iconic key pieces like the the Ettore Sottsass “Ultrafragola Mirror”, Jack Lenor Larsen chairs (6 dining & 2 lounge), a custom Vladimir Kagan loveseat and reupholstered/reworked vintage pieces made exclusively for Lalita Loft by renowned artists such as Brandi Howe, Michelle Kesselman, Niki Marvin and more.
