The Space
This large, white, modern space can accommodate 1 - 800 guests and is the perfect place for brand activations, private celebrations, corporate meetings, conferences, tradeshows, holiday parties, galas, and so much more. This street level venue can accommodate a vehicle inside and is fully equipped with state of the art technology including a 150 ft projection mapping installation, LED lighting, JBL sound system, 200 amp camlock box, high speed internet, easy load in access, etc. The space itself is make up of a pre-function room, main event space, catering kitchen, coat check room, green room, production BOH, large bathrooms, and storage area. Our venue is the most production ready, transformable space in Manhattan!
