Health & Safety Policy

The space is cleaned between use, and we follow CDC Covid guidelines and Masks are recommended in the space. There is good airflow with the windows open and the fan on as well, and open space to keep distance.

use of freight elevator must be communicated with ahead of rental. use of on site photo equipment or sound equipment is extra Custom Scenic, furniture or props are available for fabrication in the scene shop and for an additional fee. Rentals are available outside of listed hours for a higher rate. There are security cameras in the space, and the space will be cleaned between visits. Ryan Bourque and the building management company are not responsible for any damage to your equipment, loss or stolen, and bodily injury that may happen as a result of you use of the space, and premises. Anything that belongs to the studio manager Ryan, that breaks under your care, must be replaced or compensated.

The space has a wood shop and can build custom props, scenic, or fabricate anything for you while you use the space, for an additional price.The Studio Manager will most likely be on site during you usage, and can help transform the space as needed, answer any questions. There is a private changing room in the space.
