The Space

1800 sq. ft. loft in the heart of SoHo. 15' ceilings with original tin. Exposed brick. Floor to ceiling windows with amazing northern light. 2 newly renovated private bathrooms. Beautiful kitchenette with coffee and espresso maker. WiFi and wireless printer. Bose sound system with bluetooth wifi connection. Comfortable lounge area with dining and work table. One flight of stairs up- there is no elevator. We promise, it's worth it! Our studio loft is equipped to host creatives spanning every industry. We offer a robust assortment of grip and expendables included in the studio rental. We are creative thinkers and problem solvers; our staff is warm and accommodating and expect to go above and beyond to allow you to create with ease and flexibility. *A few house rules: -no smoking -no access to roof or fire escape -no selling of alcohol -we ask that you leave the space in the condition you found it in. -Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors -Setup and cleanup time must be included in the hours you book. -Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request -A member of our staff will be on-site in a separate office for any issues that may arise - We reserve the right to take photos of your event for our own marketing and promotional purposes.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

COVID-19 Guidelines In light of covid-19, Blank Studio is committed to minimizing the risk of infection and offering a safe and clean working space for our clients. The studio will be following federal, state, local, and CDC/WHO guidelines to ensure we can all get back to work while feeling safe and comfortable. Blank Studio expects Producer/Booker and all other attendees to follow the same guidelines. What Blank Studio will be doing: All staff will wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including gloves and masks that cover the nose and mouth Adequate hand disinfectant + soap Adequate tissues + hand/paper towels Closed bathroom bins Disposable gloves on site for client use Two bathrooms and one kitchen sink to wash hands with soap Individual pens and paper for each guest upon request Open windows to allow fresh air to circulate Posted information available for guests for handwashing and workplace health We follow a 2x disinfecting routine. All surfaces, including grip/expendables and any other equipment provided by Blank Studio, door handles, light switches etc., are thoroughly cleaned before each booking. We are also providing midday cleaning during your booking at no additional cost of high touch surface points We require 24hrs between each booking. This does not apply to multi-day bookings. What we ask of our guests: Please keep your crew to 10 and under - with only essential personnel on set A minimum separation of 6 feet must be maintained between team members unless required for the shoot (hair and makeup) Producer/Booker has a contact list of all team members/attendees that is sent to the studio before the start of each booking No unannounced visitors allowed on set Your team will wash their hands thoroughly and frequently If any of the attendees or expected attendees are feeling sick, have a cough or fever, or any other COVID-19 related symptom, please stay home Producer/Booker is responsible for confirming that their entire team is healthy before arriving at the studio Producer/Booker must ensure that their team has necessary protective gear (masks, gloves) - the studio may have extras available upon request but it is not the studio’s responsibility to provide. Producer/Booker or any other attendee must wear masks and gloves at all times unless a specific person is in the process of getting photographed, in that case such person may remove the protective gear for that time frame only. Please ensure all equipment/props/wardrobe are scheduled 24 hours in advance of your booking. You are responsible for cleaning and disinfecting any items that are brought into the studio upon arrival thoroughly and frequently throughout the day. Please avoid coming in and out of the studio during the day and bring food with you/engage in contactless delivery if a meal is expected. If you are bringing in catering, make sure it is individually wrapped and avoid communal dining. Location Scouting We provide contactless location scouting via facetime. Please inquire to set up an appointment Cancellations We understand the need for flexibility during these times. Please reach out to the Studio with any last minute cancellation requests and we are committed to working with you on coming up with a solution. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to easing back into creative projects with you.

Weekday (Mon-Thur) Evening Rate: $450/hr Weekend rates begin at $450/hr day, $500/hr evening Weekend Production Rate: $300/hr day, $350/hr overtime Cleaning price $200/day/booking Events - onsite manager fee - $250
