Lincoln Heights home with 180-degree views

**COVID Update, April 2021** All three adults in the house are now fully vaccinated. Woot. We'd still probably prefer that at this point you arrange for restroom facilities for any shoot, but we could make accommodations depending on booking size. --------- Home on the hill above Lincoln Heights available for photo/film shoots. 600-square-foot gravel patio in the back affords views from El Sereno to Dodger Stadium lights, including downtown, County Hospital, and, on a clear day, the hills of Catalina Island and the Long Beach Harbor Bridge. Also, on the left side of the property there are stairs down to the fire pit, so there's three different levels to shoot and get the city in the background. Also would consider use of the interior for filming. Small house with 1920s periods details, well-kept but in need of updating. Kitchen has large windows that give a kind of infinity pool effect from low angles. Plenty of street parking during the day. I also have space for three cars, possibly more with notice. *If you want to do something small that involves just a camera — wedding shoot, band pub shoot — just to get the city in the backdrop, message me and let's work something out. **I have a covered 2-car car port that you're free to use as a staging area.
