The Space

***Our multi-level, indoor/outdoor loft is ideal for social distancing and is professionally cleaned after every group.*** We host meetings, team building, retreats, workshops, etc! We've thought of everything so that you don't have to: AV, white boards, easels, markers, etc. *** We have great fresh air flow via large windows + industrial grade HVAC filters.*** In addition to our standard conference table, we offer custom set-ups that offer proper spacing and include a u-shape table, long tables, theater seating, or a five table set-up. Happy to discuss other configurations. Please note the $75/hour weekday rate is only good thru 9/1/20. The hourly rate will increase to $109 on 9/1/20. EVENINGS/WEEKENDS Weekdays after 6:00PM, or during weekend hours the Loft may be rented at custom rates taking into account type of event, number of guests, estimated impact upon the space etc. Evening hours may be added to a weekday rental as well at a custom rate. Additional cleaning fees will apply.
