I am a music-loving co-owner and manager of the space. We are primarily an audio recording facility with a multi-use room for small shows, listening parties, and film/video shoots. We do have a kitchen but do not have an oven or microwave (kitchen works best to heat/prepare food for serving).

The Space

Lofted ceilings, instruments and gear galore, this space is perfect for your next audio recording project, intimate acoustic performances, or film and photo shoot! We have rooms for audio recording and mixing as well as a multi-use room we use for small music performances, listening parties, and film/photo shoots. The multi-use room has a projector which can be used to display images and films.

We issue discounts for bookings longer than 2 days. We charge extra for audio gear rental (for events/shows) and for the related audio assistance/engineering. Rates depend on gear needed and types of use. Nights and weekend bookings usually receive a discount related to the scope and length of project/event.
