The Second Stage is the perfect place to host your next seminar, book signing, movie screening, conference meeting, networking event, baby shower and more. The Second Stage Features: An open-spaced room Audio/visual system featuring an overhead projector All rentals include tables/chairs Hour set up and break down. Frequently Asked Questions How much time do I have to set up before my event? All events come with an hour setup time. You may reserve more time for a additional cost. Am I required to clean up when the event is over? It is our requirement that the space be returned to the state it was in prior to your event. Tables and chairs must be placed against the wall unless noted otherwise. Trash must be removed and/or placed in the back of the building in the dumpster. Do I have to provide my own trash bags and bathroom products ? We actual include trash bags and sanitation items in your reservation. What’s NOT allowed when decorating? No candles or glitter is allowed or a fee of $150 will be added. Can I have a DJ for my event? No DJ’s are allowed unless the space reservation is after 9pm on Saturday night. Our in-house audio system is available for your use. Can I bring outside tables and chairs? Yes you may bring outside tables and chairs but we do provide rectangular tables and chairs for your convenience .
