The Space

Our 15,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor studio has been sustainably designed to create a natural, warm setting. We have seven different spaces that provide variety and a beautiful aesthetic. It feels like you’re in LA even though you are in Montclair, NJ. Years of production experience helped create one of the most functional studio spaces in the country including laser-leveled floors, a silent HVAC system, ceiling grids with high amp electric built in, drive-in bays and sound-proofing.

We only rent for full days (not by the hour), you can rent one studio for $5,000 or the entire space for $8,000 for up to 12 hours. This includes a studio and kitchen manager but does not include catering. Should you require catering or have more than 100 people, rental of the entire space is mandatory. We can send you a price and spec sheet upon inquiry that highlights all assets.
