Perched high above—stretching 203-feet tall and the only skyscraper for miles—the space captures the storied spirit of Chicago: a bustling, ever-changing, big-shouldered town. Originally designed as an office building in 1929 by the firm of Perkins, Chatten, & Hammond, each of the rooms, lobby and roof spaces were transformed by Belgian design duo Nicolas Schuybroek Architects and Marc Merckx Interiors. The lounge décor, full bar, perfect combination of standing and seating room and great view pictured through all of our floor to ceiling windows offers an event space with all the bells & whistles. We can offer a standing receptions and seated dinners with all your favorite cocktails at the full bar.
