This large, light-filled, airy 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath two-story home on a leafy cul-de-sac street in Studio City is perfect for film, TV and commercial shoots of all kinds. It features a massive, light-filled open modern kitchen that opens onto a large living room, a huge laundry room, a fancy dining room that easily seats 10 or more, a large backyard with a pool and a massive master suite with a large reading nook, gigantic room-sized walk-in closet, extra large bathroom, and jack-and-jill kids bedrooms. Perfect for all types of shoots. The house was built in 1991, but has a timeless, upscale, modern feel. No parking restrictions on street.
