The Space

Over 2900 sq. ft. modern historic townhome, with beautiful hardwood flooring on the first floor, exposed brick throughout, vast 10' plus windows that face Southeast on the main level. Minutes from John Hopkins, Downtown Baltimore’s dining and attractions, and some of Baltimore's most affluent neighborhoods - Mid - Town Belvedere and Mount Vernon. 7 minutes from Wholefoods organic supermarket. 7 minutes to PENN STATION metro and 5-minute walk to buses. For artists, filmmakers, and art students, we are within 10 minutes to several art institutions and schools, to include Maryland Institute College of the Arts (MICA), John Hopkins’, Krieger School of Arts and Science, Film and Media Division, and The Baltimore School for the Arts. Easily accessible to the Washington DC metro area’s George Washington Hospital, MedStar Washington Hospital Center, MedStar Georgetown, Howard Hospital, and other area hospitals in DC, MD and VA, if you are looking for a home for a film based in a medical facility. You can get together with friends, colleagues, or even plan a surprise engagement proposal for your loved one. On-site Washer and Dryer, Dishwasher, Fully stocked kitchen, breakfast/wine bar, fully furnished, and all utilities included in space. Private carport and free on-street Parking. Wide hallways and high ceilings. Dining area that can serve as a flex space with a large dining table for intimate gatherings and business meetings with a standing dry erase board and large chalkboard wall. LED daylight upgrades throughout the entire home. Private basement with additional flex space to relax, work or sleep. Basement can be used for additional workspace for editing, and has a storage room, and wardrobe racks that can be used to store equipment and hang costumes during filming and shoots. Secured home with an alarm system and monitored security cameras. Fully equipped with tech features: Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, office desks (in each room), multi-outlets with USB ports to handle multiple equipment, a large chalkboard wall and dry erase board for team meetings, games and so much more. The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, paper toilet seat cover dispenser, etc. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used We are disinfecting our space using the following disinfectant certified service: (fill in your provider) Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants. Event Services Our vendors providing food and beverages, and other even services, are following our Health & Safety Policy guidelines.
