Eric Mueller is the owner, designer, architect, painter and humbly identified steward of the property. He has uniquely handcrafted this boho-chic piece of art over the last 40 years. Eric and his wife, Lori, brought in two on-site managers this year. Ryan & Darrien are a young married couple who were hired to bring creative innovations to the space. Operating as an Airbnb, wedding, and event venue, Le Haute Desert Aerie invites authenticity, creativity and self exploration.

The Space

Experience the solitude and serenity of the Mojave Desert in the comfort of this luxurious museum-like estate. Located on 40-acres of private desert wilderness, this custom-designed home was built by world-renowned artist, Eric Mueller. Every inch of this house is a piece of art, from the walls to the ceilings, the terrace and mosaic fireplace. Inspired by Morrocan, Tibetan, and Indian architecture, you will feel like you are visiting a wonderland of spirituality.

We are doing everything in our power to create a clean and safe space for all to enjoy comfortably. We use natural cleaning products to disinfect between guests and always provide hand sanitizer and extra face masks. Our team is always masked and follows up-to-date COVID protocol.
