The house lays a perfect setting for anything between a music video, photoshoot, reality shows, commercials and movies.

The property will be cleaned and sanitised before and after rentals aligned with California rules and guidelines for health and safety. We will have disinfected hand sanitiser available during all rentals.

Flexible pricing: The base rate can be negotiable for any daily or longer rentals. Extra and overtime hours will be charged separately. Preparation and setup time on-site is a part of the rental period. Basic cleaning is a part of the rate. Anything out of the ordinary will be charged as an extra fee. If furniture is moved from original position must be placed back to original location. NOTE: Extra fee may occur if not. Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking. NOTE: Extra fee will occur if not.
