The Space
The home is a classic, 7,000 sq. ft. mansion in the hills of Tarzana with a 180 degree expansive view of the valley. I live in a private gated community so I am very interested in photo shoots and productions with crews or 40 or less for one to two day shoots. I am open to small gatherings like baby or wedding showers, graduations but not open to large parties of 50 or over with late night music and noise. Thanks!

Health & Safety Policy
We clean and mop all surfaces with bleach before and after each rental according to CDC guidelines.. Everything is disinfected. Everyone wears masks and gloves. We provide hand sanitizer and anti bacterial wipes to all guests. Also in bathrooms we have anti-bacterial hand soap, paper towels, and tissues. If production or event requests it we will provide toilet seat covers as well.
