Best sunset views. New construction home with large rooms. House is Modern Mediterranean. Large open concept kitchen, beautiful stone fireplace, 16-22 person dining room table, large heated gunite pool and spa. Waterfront Home on Reynolds Channel in Long Beach, New York. Boat dock available for pick-up or drop off by boat or yacht. 3-minute walk to the beach. Property has an elevator. Approximately a 1 hour drive from Manhattan (33 miles).

Extra Fees: Cleaning services, and electric. Outdoor heaters available. 25 Foot Crownline Boat and Captain available for additional fee. Host is willing to work with a budget. Host is willing to work with budgets for smaller projects and smaller photo shoots. Evenings and Weekends are available upon request.
