The Space

This is our personal home - its beautiful, luxurious and RARELY available. It is in the middle of Brooklyn's most upcoming neighborhood! You'll be near parks and 5-10 min walk to train. This home is spacious, new, and ready for your production or an intimate dinner The kitchen is bright and perfect for a video shoot. The sunlight is truly the best. It is stocked with kitchen cutlery, dishes, wifi, pans, top of the line appliances etc. We also have a garden area in back with a large patio however it is not in great shape yet. There is a table to sit and enjoy the weather or relax after your shoot, but its just not pretty.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

Cleaned and sanitized space. We ask all our guests to confirm they are healthy and have not been exposed to COVID-19. Our cleaning measures are through and intended to protect our home and the health of our family (including a toddler) and your. We trust you to be honest and respectful of our home. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, and a trash can with foot pedal We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants. Event Services Our vendors providing food and beverages, and other even services, are following our Health & Safety Policy guidelines. We would be happy to connect you with a private chef that has worked in our home previously. We own @vidasbrooklyn and can create a custom ice cream, popsicle, or ice cream sandwich package for you too! We have two longer folding tables, two tall cocktail tables, and 4 white folding chairs in addition to what you see featured.
