The Space

This Luxury 5-star North Scottsdale home was meticulously designed by nationally recognized interior designer Lauren Lerner. The bright and modern space boasts high-end details throughout every inch of the property and is perfect to rent for exclusive events and movie/commercial productions for a magnitude of brands. This stunning showstopper spans just over 5,500 square feet and includes 5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a large kids/media room, and a home gym. It exudes cutting-edge contrasts and a personality-filled vibe. The home is located in a corner lot with ample parking in an exclusive private gated community. Each space incorporates unique furnishings, dramatic pops of color, eye-catching light fixtures, and custom drapery. Wallpapered ceilings, custom shelving, and oversized iron doors make the home truly one of a kind​! Each area within the home was thoughtfully designed to be both comfortable and fiercely stylish. The indoor/ outdoor living concept allows every inch of this amazing property to be utilized to its fullest potential. You enter the home through a beautiful courtyard which is accented with native desert landscaping, water features, and an inviting social area which is then adjoined by oversized sliding glass doors into the estate. Prepare to be amazed by the flawless indoor/outdoor flow, and the stunning views of the entertainer's backyard with breathtaking views of the McDowell Mountains. The gorgeous primary suite includes a huge walk-in closet, a separate shower, and soaking tub, and ultra-private outdoor hot tub. All ensuite guest bedrooms are amply decorated, and the home gym including both a Peloton and Tonal is an amazing example of how to incorporate a stylish workout space that will entice even the faint of heart to exercise. An inviting kids/media room includes an 85” TV and custom down sectional. Whether you are a nutrition brand, chef, or just looking for a stunning state-of-the-art culinary dream, the open-concept kitchen will be the ultimate backdrop for your next top-performing content. The bright and neutral kitchen will set the stage perfectly and allow for any product to shine. Black oak cabinetry which beautifully contrasts the surrounding Sub-Zero Wolf appliances and white oak flooring offers dramatic appeal. Centering the space is a massive quartz island with beautiful veining and a seamless waterfall edge. Attached to the kitchen is a stunning and sophisticated dining space ready to serve 10 people. The living space is just adjacent to the luxury kitchen and is adorned with two gorgeous light fixtures scaled to fit the room. Just below the chandelier, there is a cement coffee table and four striking accent chairs featuring comfortable curves and fashionable folds in all the right places to relax with a cocktail which can be prepped in the adjoining bar. On the other side of the living room, a floor-to-ceiling gas-tiled fireplace was added to further elongate the soaring ceilings- serving as a pronounced focal point for the interior. A Samsung Picture Frame TV is also available and can be used to easily swap out artwork to compliment your aesthetic, feature your logo, or display any other imagery that represents your brand. You will definitely not be disappointed by this hidden gem in the desert. By Space Descriptions: The Living Room- Features a soaring floor-to-ceiling fireplace, breathtaking double chandeliers, a built-in bar, and dual entertaining spaces. The Dining Room- Exudes both sophistication + personality. This space features a playful abstract ceiling, a large custom oversized black oak table and includes seating for 10. The Kitchen- A state-of-the-art culinary dream, featuring high-end appliances, a massive granite island, and unique custom shelving. Primary Bedroom- King bed + a beautiful accent wall backdrop Primary Bathroom- Indoor/outdoor private retreat, hot tub with fire and water features that compliments a beautiful backdrop of architectural cactus. Hangout Room/Movie Room- This extra large space can serve as both a playroom or media room. Features an 85” TV and comfortable seating for 10. Kid’s Bedroom- Adorable ensuite kid's bedroom, featuring playful wallpaper, hanging chair, and workspace. Guest Bedrooms- Includes an ensuite bath, and soothing guest set up. Entry- Oversized iron doors, wallpapered ceiling, stunning decor, and acts as a visual breezeway into the backyard. Laundry Room- This large and eccentric space features a patterned cement tile, and all needed appliances and functionality. Powder Bath- Modern, edgy, and adorned with unique floor-to-ceiling hand-painted wallpaper. Workout Room- Include a Peloton bike, Tonal, and a private bathroom. Exterior Front: An abundance of desert plants, water features, a large swing, and a lounging area greet you as you enter the estate. Exterior Back: Includes multiple lounge areas, pool, large hot tub with firepit, 10-person dining area, vegetable garden, and BBQ. ____ RULES: MISCELLANEOUS This listing is for use of two spaces in the home. Please inquire about adding additional space to your shoot. Typically allow shooting between 6am and 10:00pm No smoking on property Outside catering only No glitter or confetti can be used. No alcohol allowed after 8pm. Alcohol is allowed but must bring your own - do not use host alcohol Prefer no pets but for commercial/movie shoots this can be discussed. For private events, exterior music and loud noise must end by 9 PM. Rates are for 15 people with variable rate for additional persons. Smoke machines are not allowed Only open for photography or film shoots. No parties or event hosting, sorry Renter is responsible for any damages to the home No hair Dye's, oils or any kind used please. No Walking on the Roof No Use of Indoor Fireplaces without prior approval Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. Production insurance is required Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking. Productions must provide valid filming permits before let into location. Insurance is required Respect the neighbors' privacy. No parking on the street where not permitted, and no blocking neighbors driveways even for a short period of time. No one allowed over the max crew size number without written permission from owner. Producer is responsible for and shall remove all trash and debris from the location at the conclusion of of project. No glue or tape on the walls that might damage paint. Only the proper type of tape is allowed that wont do any damage. Producer will place lay-out board and /or furniture padding in the exterior areas where there will be heavy foot traffic and where equipment will be placed. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. If there is an excess amount of trash that cannot fit in the black trash bin outside you can either remove the trash yourself from the property, or will be charged an additional $200 trash removal convenience fee after booking has completed. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. Furniture and decor may be moved with prior approval and host must take photos to ensure everything is put back in same spot before leaving DO NOT BLOCK NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAYS AT ALL. We have had issues with guests blocking neighboring houses driveways and it can not be tolerated and will result in the car being ticketed and towed along with loss of security deposit. Do not try to plug any device (phone, computer, anything) into our sound system. It can mess up the whole system resulting in a charge for an AV person to come out and fix. Security deposit of $500 is required and will be fully returned following event assuming no damage to space. Security deposit to be collected day of event by cash, venmo or cash app. For parties of 15 or more security deposit increases to $1000.

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. Cleaning We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, paper toilet seat cover dispenser, etc. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues Event Services Our vendors providing food and beverages, and other event services, are following our Health & Safety Policy guidelines.
