Luxurious Sound Stage / Recording Studio

This is a is a 4000 sqft acoustically treated commercial recording and filming facility with an open layout and a killer vibe. The freestanding industrial space is located at the ground level and has gone through a full renovation. Within the main production space, the ceiling varies between twelve feet and fifteen feet in height. A selection of LED lights and Softbox lights are available to clients at no charge. Instruments (including a Yamaha C7 grand piano) and recording services are available for an additional fee. The lounge includes t.v., sofa, kitchenette, and dining table. A production office with a private bathroom is also available. Parking consists of 6 spaces on-site, free street parking, and an affordable paid lot ($4/day). The studio staff strives to make your time with us as smooth and productive as possible. Exceptional service is a promise. Our Los Angeles Fashion District location is two blocks from the 10 freeway and is easily accessible from Hollywood, Burbank, and Santa Monica.
