I have had my own property that I rent to films and weddings for several years. Now I have acquired additional properties for this purpose. I have been in the film industry myself for many years as a producer. Knowing the film business very well, we try to make the properties as easy as possible for films. We are relaxed, professional and easy to work with. There are no hidden fees and you get access to anything on the property and we try to be as accommodating as possible.

Within the Studio Zone, 30 mins to Hollywood and Downtown. Quiet and very film-friendly. Horses available for use with carriage horse and cart for weddings/films, English, Jumpers and Western horses and trainer available or just available for background. Great property for weddings and events with overnight accommodations. Working kitchen, several bathrooms. Available for overnight stays for weddings etc. Huge horse arena doubles as parking lot, plus additional parking space behind with up to 120 cars on the property. Private, gated and secluded.
