Luxury High-rise Suite with City Views of the Downtown Miami Skyline. Located on the 40th floor, private elevator entry, floor to ceiling windows, high-end luxury decor perfect for photo shoots and video shoots. Furniture can be moved. This suite is a work/ production space located inside of a private unit. The suite can be used solely for professional uses including but not limited to: - Podcast Sets - Photography - Videography - Film Sets - Cooking Classes - Yoga Classes - Co-working/Collaboration - Remote working - Meetings The suite includes: access to living room, kitchen, bedroom, private full bathroom, and balcony. ** Filming outside the suite, in the common areas (rooftop pool) is NOT allowed, unless prior approval is given (additional fees may apply). ** A site rep will be present for all filming.
