Hi, I’m Bear, and my pug (also) Bear and I welcome you to our home. The mansion on Geneva terrace is great for photo shoots, content creation, tv/film or hosting an intimate affair. The house is my pride and joy, and I have worked very hard to fully renovate the property.

The Space

Modern luxury mansion in Lincoln Park. Built in 1893 and renovated 2022, this home offers great light, excellent decor, and a full chefs kitchen. The enormous master suite has a modern gas fireplace; double marble vanity and the biggest shower in Chicago. Great for all kinds of content! The home is absolutely non smoking. Street parking is readily available and parking passes can be given if your booking extends past 6pm.
