The Space

My space has a open floor plan to offer many options for your event needs. Beautiful natural lighting for the daytime, and beautiful chandelier lighting for the nighttime. 1 hours set up time allotted for your event prior to event start time 30 minutes for clean up after event ends $300 Venue Security Deposit (Refunded if there are no incidentals) $250 Cleaning Fee (Non-Refundable) These fees are to be paid directly to the venue host upon booking and signing of contract
