Magnificent Ground Floor Open Studio

 Minimum hours:  2

PARTY/EVENT rate (no "pop up", "release/launch" events) is $150 an hour. We will not host any birthday parties for ages 17-29 years of age. Please inquire about birthday dinners. For PRODUCTION (Photo/Video shoots) the rate is $75/hr for 2 hour min ($150 total, includes all amenities, lights, different seamless backgrounds, pulls, etc). Half day, 4 hours, is $250. A full day, 8 hours, is $500. MEETING/OFF-SITE is $100/hour. Rental time should include any time needed to set up and break down/clean up. Discounts for ongoing or multiple day shoots. *****In an effort to be respectful to other customers who may also be renting our studio space on the same day as you, we request that you make every effort to begin and end on your given times. We will begin charging at your given start time, whether you are present or not, and you must be done and cleaned up by your given end time, otherwise you will be charged any over time.
