Welcome to Paradise!!! Perfect for entertaining and photo shoots. This is a multi-use space on 3.7 acres in Malibu with beautiful contemporary home, with infinity edge pool, laser-line spa, . infra-red sauna and a huge cabana with full kitchen and entertainment system. It is perfect for sports events with a multi-use court for pickleball, basketball, volleyball and a separate putting green In addition, the property has a vineyard with magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean and coastline. This space has beautiful cactus gardens and 160 exotic fruit trees and bee hives. There is ample parking on a private street as well as parking on site. We are offering this space for movie shoots, photo shoots, meetings, and parties and any other dream you may have.
