The Space

Close to it all, but away from the crowds! Enjoy VINEYARD view, free parking, FAST WIFI, fireplace, POOL+HOTTUB just for you, vintage rainshower tub, MINIBAR, smart TV, BEACH CHAIRS+UMBRELLA, organic bath+cooking products, macrame SWINGS, surfpaddle BOARDS, yard GAMES, local art, clubhouse, BBQ, & koi pond outdoor dining under CHANDELIERS with FIREPLACES! Only 2-5 minutes to the best beaches, trails, & painted caves, as well as all the conveniences of Malibu shops, dining, & celebrity hot spots!

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

Please remove all of your own trash, there are trash bins out front on the street side. Please clean all of your own dishes and do your best to leave our home in as clean a state as possible, so that our cleaners are exposed to as little contamination as possible. Please specify if you need certain areas to be available so we can ensure no interactions and appropriate cleaning so bookings may flow safely from one to the next. Please limit people on the upper deck to under 10 guests at a time.

Cleaning fee: $100 if no linens used and $200 if linens used Holidays and weekends may have a surcharge, please double check. Anything but toilet paper flushed down the toilet is an extra charge for plumber to fix as Malibu is on septi. Smoking on the balcony, beach or outdoors is completely fine, Any smoking in the house itself will not be condoned. Extra charge to remove smoke smell from house will be charged. This includes Cigarettes, Cigars, Cannabis, Vaping, or any other kind of smoke. Please do not light any fires in the fireplace without prior notice due to high fire concerns in Malibu.
