The Space

Right in the heart of Bowery, Lower East Side, Chinatown, Nolita, this 1800 sq ft loft on Bowery has (15') high original, wooden ceilings. With exposed white bricks and great natural daylight, this open-floor plan is bright, airy and suitable for various types of events, production, dinners and meetings. Previous clients includes Vogue.com, Bon Appetit, Aesop,Urban Outfitters, The Guardian. Parties (after hours, and above 40 pax) have a minimum rate of $1750, with additional cleaning fee.

 Minimum hours:  4
$125 per hour are for production, meetings, and events under 25 pax. Any other types of parties, large scale events are priced differently, averaging $1750 for the evening and can be negotiated according to your needs. Cleaning Fees are $150, for any event with more than 30 pax. Daily Rate is for 8 Hours, any additional time will be billed at $80 / hr.
