The Space

Please see the breakdown of pricing!!! Unlike other similar sites, This site unfortunately does not have the capability to filter prices based on headcount or add-ons. So the price you see is more than likely incorrect as it is an "entry level" (1-5 guests) price. The basic rental with no add ons gets you the entire rooftop lounge, outdoor common areas that are all view facing, the living room, and one restroom. Please do the calculations based on the numbers provided in the pricing section to figure out what it will cost, or email me and I will be more than happy to assist with an accurate quote. The panoramic jetliner views are breathtaking where you can see the Hollywood Sign from any room in the house, all of Universal City, all the way down to the Van Nuys airport to the San Gabriel Mountains. The views are gorgeous day and night. This property is ideal for film, music videos, influencers, wedding proposals, productions, meditations, yoga, or celebration. We do have a strict noise ordinance unfortunately, so the rooftop lounge closes at 10pm, but the event can continue indoors after that. There can be no music outdoors any hour. All music must be kept indoors. There is limited street parking. We highly recommend big gatherings to Uber. Most houses in Hollywood Hills will not having parking accommodations for large parties. Please consider this when you book or scout. Email me with questions.
