Marioland Studios - Warehouse/Industrial

*Please read all details and rules for space.* An industrial and creative studio in one. Low ceilings, 8ft - 9ft high. Gives access to easily hang props and/or lights. Located in old town Monrovia, right outside of Los Angeles. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of free parking in the lot next door for up to 8 hours and street parking right in front up to 90 minutes, no time restrictions after 5pm. No time restrictions Sunday. The studio has elevator access to make transporting gear easier, if needed. We created this studio for all types of artists and creatives, whether for photo or video shoots. *Not all lighting is included with booking. Lighting that is included are: rgb lights in cloud tunnel & 2 spotlights in black room* Sets: 1. 500+ Sq. ft. black open space - black magnetic walls w/ 2 built in spotlights & microphone (wet down available upon request) 2.
