This large, bright, three exposure loft is located in the Holtz House at 7 East 20th Street, between Broadway and Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron district. The ornate, Beaux-Arts edifice was erected in 1907 as a commercial building with the Holtz Restaurant originally located on the lower two floors. Its unique interiors still feature 11-foot-high, beamed ceilings and original columns.

This massive loft is very bright and incredibly quiet. The loft has been designed with a modern interior, high-end finishes such as Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and mid-century-modern decor, which is perfect for meetings, small events or photo shoots.
