This 2200 sqft penthouse loft boasts seven total rooms including a stunning entryway that leads to a cozy front room with a half bath and laundry area. The hallway will lead you to the expansive open kitchen, main living room, and dining area with a 12-foot island and floor-to-ceiling windows surrounding the space and filling it with warm sunlight during the day and glittering city lights at night. On one side, you will find a bedroom with tinted windows and a bathroom. On the other you will enter the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and luxe bathroom with a bathtub and standing shower. The incredible 180-degree skyline view overlooks Crypto Arena and spans from the West Side, Beverly Hills, Hollywood hills (including the sign!), the Verdugo mountains of Burbank all the way to East LA! The space is fully furnished with luxuriously eclectic furniture and decor including Mario Bellini sofas, a modular couch, and cloud-like bedroom sets. Each room is drenched in the finest materials including velvet, gold, brass, custom blown glass all in a rich jewel-tone color palette. A blend of Art Deco, bohemian, Italian, and modern styles creates an eclectic yet luxurious decor style, giving you endless options for set design. The high-end fixtures include stainless steel appliances, touch-to-open cabinets, a massive island, a separate shower and tub, central A/C and heat, and humidifiers.
