The Space

Our studio is awesome and we think you’ll love it too. We’re located in the Historic West Adams Arts District. It’s private. There’s plenty of near site parking, and great food in nearby Culver City. Features: 3,800 Sq ft main space, 700 Sq ft. Production Office with two restrooms. Easy Load-in/out, Freshly painted large white walls. 5000 sq. ft. | Loft Building | 2 Bathrooms The 3rd floor is dark and moody with excellent raw finishes and a sky light which is available for photoshoots only - please inquire about rates. In the back is a small, narrow private alley that's sometimes available for small still shoots and is negotiable of an additional fee. Friendly, helpful studio managers with access to all types of crew / team members. We also have a wide array of cleared art for rent at very reasonable rates. We can also offer full production services.

Pricing may vary based on event style, length and overall scope. $200 Cleaning fee on events paid directly to cleaning crew. Please inquire about film / commercial rates. There are some rate increases as the amount of your attendees increases. Over 100 to 200 persons add $75.00 per hour Over 200 to 225 persons add $125.00 per hour A 30% premium increase for weekend and holiday season events will be added. Minimum $150.00 cleaning fee paid direct to venue. Trash removal not included in the cleaning fee - guest to remove all trash before security deposits will be returned or added fees will apply. There is a $500.00 security deposit against damages or cancellation paid direct via PayPal. The security deposit to be returned with five (5) business days of final payment if there are no damages or cancellations. Higher security deposits on above rates may also apply.
