The Space

In the heart of downtown Matthews, but only 5 minutes from Charlotte and I-485, this is a perfect flex space for any occasion! Across from Stumptown Park, this historical area is perfect for photography, baby showers, corporate parties, seminars, exercise studio, private parties and events, pop up shops, and so much more. The tastefully decorated open space is as versatile as you want it to be. It automatically includes a bathroom, mounted t.v., small bar, cabinet, sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and air fryer. The space can be arranged to your liking to include: tables (round and rectangular), table cloths, chairs, chair coverings, sofa, table decorations, etc. It’s a wonderful gathering space to form conference setup to intimate parties. It is in walking distance e of many restaurants, bars, local shops, farmers market and more. You can bring your own decorations and catering or we can be your one stop shop to take away the stress of planning your event. Let us know how you’d like us to help!
