This mediterranean mansion will put you at ease with its high ceilings and water ways. It's the perfect location for a large group or multiple shots with different looks. The bottom 2 floors are white and open and the 3rd floor is our little speakeasy hideout. This is a residence so we ask that the neighbors are respected. Our dock has direct access to the canals of the Ventura keys making you feel like you're in Venice with So cal weather! We have Sonos, A/C, and a 3rd story with bar/ pool table/ arcade etc. There is a one of a kind ocean- facing balcony with fireplace adjacent to the master bedroom. The architectural details of the house are one of a kind!!!
