This centrally located, sun drenched loft features 18 ft industrial beam ceilings, a separate bedroom, living, dining, gym, office, and outdoor area. It is minimal but very intentionally designed and serves as a great backdrop for photo and film shoots. There is great art and mirrored walls that create amazing dimension in the space. there is also an outdoor area off of the office room which is accessed through a glass garage door. Located right off Melrose place and Melrose Ave you are near the best shops and restaurants in LA. The area is very walkable and safe. *The rates listed are for still photography only for groups up to 15 people. Filming and groups larger than 15 people are permitted at an additional cost.
