The Space

Welcome to a stylishly appointed mid-century modern gem located 60 miles from NYC in the Hudson Valley. The layout is amazing - built around a central courtyard with a koi pond - each generously sized room flows into another and all rooms are bathed in light. Stylishly appointed with designer furnishings and art, yet very comfortable this home is a pleasure to entertain in and a joy to wake up in. Built in 1960, the 4100 sq ft home is situated on a 3 acre promontory with expansive decks and pool overlooking panoramic views of the Hudson in a private setting surrounded by mature Oak and Pine trees. Located in the Town of Newburgh: 80 minutes by train from Grand Central to Beacon Station, then 7 minutes via Lyft, Uber or local taxi. Approx. 70 mins from Manhattan by car.
