The home's exterior is a striking mid century color scheme of wood and lime green, while the 9 foot deep pool and mangaris wood deck are surrounded by bamboo, palm trees, and tropical plants. The pool has a baja shelf, ideal for shots at the top of the water. Production crews will enjoy free street parking, easy access from the driveway, and excellent front and backyard areas for shooting. The light is especially nice in the evening by the pool. Please note, the pool is solar heated, so it is only warm in the late spring and summer months.
