Mid Century Treetop House

When permitting resumes in California, we are expecting that the guidelines for filming will follow industry standards according to the Television Producers Industry-Wide Labor- Management Safety Committee Task Force, that created a document called The “White paper” This house is fully cleaned and disinfected before and after every shoot. We will provide extra masks, disinfectants etc. however, responsibility for crew temperature, or social distancing must be enforced by the producer. For larger productions we expect production to supply anything the guidelines make mandatory. We will thoroughly discuss any project before we accept it, to be sure that we can provide a safe atmosphere. This house does have a very large outdoor space. It is surrounded by nature and is extremely airy. Fortunately we have not experienced health issues during the pandemic.
