The Space

This space has an industrial kitchen, indoor seating area, outdoor patio, covered awning, & pergola. It is handicap accessible. There is a fire pit and heaters for use when weather permits. Great for birthday parties, prom parties, wedding receptions, company mixers, baby showers, etc. The venue can be a blank canvas and transformed according to your needs.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

After each event, the venue is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Regular garbage collection: Place an adequate number of trash bins strategically throughout the venue and empty them frequently to prevent littering. Sweeping and clearing debris: Regularly sweep and clear the venue of leaves, branches, and other debris to keep walkways and seating areas clean. Restroom cleanliness: Ensure restrooms are regularly cleaned, stocked with supplies, and sanitized to maintain hygiene standards. Wiping down surfaces: Clean and disinfect tables, benches, chairs, and other surfaces in seating and dining areas to provide a clean and safe environment for visitors. Pest control: Implement measures to control pests, such as mosquitoes, flies, or ants, through appropriate methods like spraying insecticides. Maintenance of landscape: Trim bushes, mow the grass, and maintain the overall landscaping to enhance the venue's appearance and prevent overgrowth. Power washing: Use a pressure washer to clean paved surfaces, such as pathways, sidewalks, and parking areas, removing dirt, stains, and grime.

Depending on the type of event, food & beverages can be curated to meet your needs. Additional decor packages can be added on as well. We provided staff to clean the bathroom and remove trash as needed. An on-site event manager can be provided for a day rate of $350.

50% refund up to 1 week prior to event check in, except service fees.
